Description
Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NAD) is a cofactor found in all living cellsNAD exists in two forms, oxidized and reduced, with the oxidized form called NAD+ and the reduced form called NADH. PicoSens™ NAD/NADH Assay Kitis based on an enzyme cyclic reaction in which NAD+ is reduced to NADH and provides a convenient tool for sensitive detection of NAD and NADH and their ratios.
