In addition to the well-known RIPA lysis buffer, we also supply useful products for preparing protein samples. The bacterial lysis buffer is used for easy extraction of proteins from complex structures and different types of bacteria, and the mild protein extraction buffer with non-ionic detergent is used to study protein structure and function.
Protease inhibitor cocktail is used to prevent the degradation of proteins from various types of proteases that are released from cells or tissues during sample extraction.
If the target analytes are metabolites, chemicals, lipids, etc., a deproteinization agent should be used to remove unnecessary protein components to obtain more accurate results.
